What workmanship warranty do you provide?
Every job is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty (excluding misuse or third-party tampering). If an issue comes up within that period, we'll come back and put it right.
Will the quoted price change after work starts?
Never without your consent. If hidden issues come up, we pause work, show you photos and issue a revised quote for your approval before continuing.
Can I cancel or reschedule after I've booked?
Yes. Give us at least 24 hours' notice and there's no charge. Less than 24 hours' notice incurs a $50 fee or 20% of the job value, whichever is higher. Deposits for custom materials are non-refundable once orders are placed.
Who supplies the materials, and can I choose a brand?
We usually source quality materials from reliable suppliers. If you prefer a specific brand, just let us know. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable once ordered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayNow, bank transfer and cash.
I already have a quote from another company. Can you beat it?
Send it to us. We'll either match the price or offer you a more competitive rate for the same scope of work.
