Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Speed Trust Renovation Pte Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) to our clients (“you”, “your”). By using our services, requesting a quote, or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Work
1.1 Service Delivery: Services will be delivered according to the agreed scope as detailed in a quotation, invoice, or written communication.
1.2 Scope Changes: Any changes or additions to the original scope may incur additional costs and extended timelines.
1.3 Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are deemed unsafe, unlawful, or significantly different from the agreed scope.
2. Quotations and Pricing
2.1 Validity: All quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise in writing.
2.2 Site Conditions: Prices are based on the description and requirements provided by the client. Revisions may apply if actual on-site conditions differ.
2.3 Exclusions: Quotes exclude third-party fees (e.g., parking, permit charges) unless clearly mentioned.
3. Payments
3.1 Deposits: A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of any services.
3.2 Final Payment: Final payment is due immediately upon job completion unless a separate written agreement has been made.
3.3 Late Fees: Late payments exceeding 7 days are subject to a 5% monthly late fee.
3.4 Accepted Payment Methods: PayNow, bank transfer, and cash.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 Notice Period: A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations or schedule changes.
4.2 Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a S$50 fee or 20% of the job value, whichever is higher.
4.3 Custom Orders: Deposits for custom work or specially ordered materials are strictly non-refundable once processed.
5. Warranty and Liability
5.1 Workmanship Warranty: Workmanship is covered under a 30-day warranty, which strictly excludes issues arising from misuse or third-party tampering.
5.2 Liability Exclusions: We are not liable for:
Pre-existing structural or property issues.
Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., property loss, business interruption).
Delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., severe weather, supplier delays).
5.3 Liability Limit: Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
6. Site Access and Client Responsibilities
6.1 Client Obligations: The client is responsible for:
Providing safe and unobstructed access to the work site.
Ensuring the availability of essential utilities (e.g., electricity, water).
Removing fragile items and securing valuables prior to service commencement.
6.2 Property Damage: We will not be held liable for damage resulting from the necessary movement of items or due to pre-existing structural weaknesses.
7. Property Conditions and Limitations
7.1 Work Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or reject work if mold, hazardous infestations, or severe structural damage is detected on-site.
7.2 Hidden Issues: Clients acknowledge that hidden issues (e.g., concealed electrical or plumbing faults) may not be identifiable during initial assessment and may impact project feasibility or pricing.
8. Use of Materials
8.1 Quality Standards: We use quality materials from reliable suppliers unless specific brands are requested by the client.
8.2 Return Policy: Special or custom-ordered materials are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is placed.
9. Intellectual Property and Use of Media
9.1 Content Ownership: All content (including images, text, and branding) on our website or marketing materials is owned by us and may not be reused without written consent.
9.2 Portfolio Media: We may request to take before-and-after photos of completed work for portfolio use. These will contain no identifying personal information and are subject to your approval.
10. Governing Law
10.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore law.
10.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
10.3 Court Proceedings: Any unresolved matters will be addressed exclusively in the Singapore courts.
