Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Speed Trust Renovation Pte Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) to our clients (“you”, “your”). By using our services, requesting a quote, or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Work

1.1 Services will be delivered according to the agreed scope as detailed in a quotation, invoice, or written communication.

1.2 Any changes or additions to the original scope may incur additional costs and time.

1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or significantly differ from the agreed scope.

2. Quotations and Pricing

2.1 All quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Prices are based on the description and requirements given by the client. Revisions may apply if on-site conditions differ.

2.3 Quotes exclude third-party fees (e.g. parking, permit charges) unless clearly mentioned.

3. Payments

3.1 A deposit may be required prior to service commencement.

3.2 Final payment is due upon job completion unless a separate written agreement is made.

3.3 Late payments exceeding 7 days are subject to a 5% monthly late fee.

3.4 Accepted payment methods include: PayNow, bank transfer, cash.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or changes.

4.2 Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may incur a S$50 fee or 20% of the job value, whichever is higher.

4.3 Deposits for custom work or material orders are non-refundable once processed.

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1 Workmanship is covered under a 30-day warranty, excluding misuse or third-party tampering.

5.2 We are not liable for:

Pre-existing issues
Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., property loss, business interruption)
Delays due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., weather, supplier delays)

5.3 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid service.

6. Site Access and Client Responsibilities

6.1 The client is responsible for:

Providing safe and unobstructed access
Ensuring availability of utilities (e.g., electricity, water)
Removing fragile items and securing valuables

6.2 We will not be held liable for damage due to movement of items or structural weaknesses.

7. Property Conditions and Limitations

7.1 We may suspend or reject work if mold, infestations, or damage is detected.

7.2 Clients acknowledge that hidden issues (e.g., electrical or plumbing) may not be identifiable during assessment and may impact on pricing or project feasibility.

8. Use of Materials

8.1 We use quality materials from reliable suppliers unless specific brands are requested.

8.2 Special/custom orders are not returnable or refundable once ordered.

9. Intellectual Property and Use of Media

9.1 All content (e.g., images, text, branding) from our website or materials is owned by us and may not be reused without consent.

9.2 We may request to take before/after photos of completed work for portfolio use—with no identifying information—subject to your approval.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms are governed by Singapore law.

10.2 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before legal proceedings.

10.3 Any unresolved matters will be addressed in the Singapore courts.
